Please select the vehicle usage category that best describes how the vehicle is primarily used. Select one of the following:

• Select To/From Work or School categories if the vehicle is regularly used for commuting to a workplace or school. These categories are based on the one-way commute distance.

• Select Personal Use if the vehicle is most often used for non-commuting activity, and if the vehicle is not used in the course of any business activity.

• Select Business Use if the vehicle is regularly used for occupational responsibilities, such as traveling between locations for sales calls or other business appointments. Coverage is excluded for vehicles used for delivery other than that which is incidental to the business.

  Incidental delivery: If a flower shop owner who does not regularly deliver flowers for his business dropped off flowers on his way home one day, that could be considered an occasional or non-regularly conducted delivery. This is because he is not an actual flower delivery person. An accident in that situation would likely be covered. However, if the flower delivery person was involved in an accident while making a delivery, that loss would likely be excluded.

• Select Farm Use if the vehicle is only used in farming or ranching activities.

• Select Show Use if the vehicle is at classic car shows.
